1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded (for a membership, a Founder pack or a booked session, this is the day you completed your order).
2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Nawaya, Inc., c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA, email: info@nawaya.io) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. an email or a letter).
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
4. Digital services & digital content (special cases)
Early start of a service: If you asked for the service (e.g. your membership) to begin during the withdrawal period, then on withdrawal you must pay us a proportionate amount corresponding to the service already provided up to the point of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.
Early loss of the right for digital content: For a contract to supply digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium (e.g. a Founder pack with immediate access), the right of withdrawal is lost if you gave your prior express consent to begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
5. Our cancellation & refund policy
Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal above, here is how cancellations and refunds work for each Nawaya service. Your first session is always free, so you can try Nawaya risk-free.
Exclusive / Founder access: this is a one-time digital product with immediate, lifetime access. Because you expressly ask for immediate access at checkout and confirm that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, Exclusive / Founder access is non-refundable once access has been granted.
Membership (subscription): you can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The current paid period is not refunded, because the service is provided to you throughout that period.
Individual sessions: you can cancel or reschedule a booked session free of charge up to 48 hours before its scheduled start and receive a full refund or a credit. Within 48 hours of the start, or in the event of a no-show, the session cannot be refunded, because your guide has reserved that time for you.
None of the above limits your statutory right of withdrawal where it applies (see sections 1–4). If you think your case is unfair, write to info@nawaya.io and we will look for a fair solution together.
