In Luke Dacey's own words

I went from UX Designer to VP of Design, leading teams in large tech companies before helping build startups as a founding design leader. I've since moved into AI product strategy and research, and can help others navigate career progression, leadership, startups and building a career in the UAE.

How it works

  1. Say what you're weighing

Changing careers, leaving your job, leading for the first time, going independent or moving abroad. Pick the moment that fits.

  2. Pick someone who has actually done it

Every card shows the path a Guide took and the languages they speak. You choose.

  3. Talk 1:1 by video

Book a slot that suits you both. The first conversation is free, and what you do with it is your decision.
