Why not just ask ChatGPT or a coach?

ChatGPT can draft a business plan, but it has never waited for a first client or missed a payroll. A coach brings a method, and most coaches have not founded anything themselves. A guide has, and will ask the uncomfortable questions about runway, validation and month nine, because they asked themselves the same ones.

I only have an idea; is a session too early?

The opposite: before you build is when an outside reality check is cheapest. A guide helps you design the smallest test that proves or kills the idea before you commit savings to it.

Can I discuss quitting my job to found?

Yes, and you should, before you resign rather than after. Expect honest questions about runway, validation and what happens in month nine, not cheerleading.
