Should I quit my job? Talk it through with someone who has made a big career move.

Your first session is free

Stay, switch employers or take a break: the question sits in your head for months, and everyone around you has an opinion. The colleague who has stayed for fifteen years cannot tell you what leaving is like, and they have an interest in you staying. What you need is not another list of pros and cons but a conversation with someone who has stood exactly there and decided.

Nobody is on this page today, and that is not a glitch. Nawaya is new, and none of the approved guides has entered this move as their own yet. We would rather leave the page empty than show you just anyone. Tell us which step you mean and we will look for someone who has taken it. Everyone already on Nawaya is in the directory.

Frequently asked questions

Why not just ask ChatGPT or a coach?

ChatGPT can list your options; it does not know your manager, your savings or the thing you have not said out loud yet. A coach offers a programme over weeks, and most coaches have not faced the resignation you are weighing. A guide has decided, for or against, and can tell you what came after. You may only need one conversation.

What if I decide to stay?

Then that is a decision, not a failure. Staying on purpose, with changed conditions or a changed role, is one of the outcomes guides talk about. The point of the session is a decision you can defend, in either direction.

What does it cost?

Your first session on Nawaya is free. After that you pay only for the session, at the price the guide sets. Nawaya keeps ten percent of it. There is no membership.
